What is Customer Finance Administration?
The incumbent of this position will be providing overall assistance to the Customer Finance Manager in planning, tracking, controlling, auditing and evaluating trade deal activities in daily basis. He/she will also be responsible in checking the completeness and the accuracy of supporting documents in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, responsible in matching and classifying the trade spending to any applicable Authorization Letter, and to liaise with the distributor and supplier to ensure a clear understanding on charging and completeness of required documentations.

Who are we looking for?
University graduate with major Accounting/Finance/Economics.
Accounting and Sales knowledge
Good knowledge in accounting standards
Having exposure to sales activities will be an advantage
Excellent computer skill (presentation, chart, data process)
Ability to focus on detail, high speed and accurate/precise
Ability to sustain long periods of pressure in order to meet deadlines
Excellent analytical & interpersonal skill
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
